Your order will be processed and shipped within 1 -2 business days. If any item is back-ordered or out of stock, you will be notified by email prior to processing the order.

We use 3 different carriers to make sure your items arrive to you on time:

  • UPS (United Parcel Service)
  • USPS (United States Postal Service)


International Orders - Nalini USA

For international order, all customs and customs-related fees are not included in the item price or shipping price. You are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. All prices are posted in USD and ship from our warehouse in Califorina

Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable, so if you refuse a shipment because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping, any brokerage, customs, duty, taxes, and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customers are responsible for the costs associated with sending back an order for refund or exchanges. We cannot provide return labels for international orders.

Please note that we are obligated by law to declare the proper value on all shipments. We cannot mark your package as a gift since this is unlawful and could jeopardize our ability to continue sending products to some countries.
