Return & Exchange Policy - Nalini USA
- Nalini USA will accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or a full refund of the product purchase price.
- Prior to sending in item(s) for exchange, please contact us by email - email@example.com - and let us know what item(s) including the size and color so we can make sure that we have the item(s) for exchange available. Please include your order number in the email.
- Download and fill out the Nalini USA Return Merchandise Form - Click here. Please include the executed form with your shipment.
- Returns for a refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Credits will be issued within 5 business days of receipt of returned item(s).
- Items returned should be in new and unworn condition with all the tags attached. We cannot accept items for return or exchange that are not in the same condition that you received them.
- Shoes should be returned with all packaging in their original box. Please package the shoe box inside another box for address label and postage markings. We cannot accept shoes that have scratched or scuffed soles or cleats were installed.
- We recommend that you send your returns/exchanges via USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx so you have a tracking number. We cannot provide return labels. We are not responsible for lost packages.
